Built for everyone.
How we make wellnessworksmedicalbilling.com usable for every visitor — and how to reach us when something doesn't work.
Effective September 28, 2026
We want every visitor to be able to use this site with ease — whoever they are, and however they browse.
Wellness Works Medical Billing is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who navigate with a keyboard, use a screen reader, magnify the page, or rely on high-contrast display settings.
Accessibility is not a checkbox for us. The practices we serve include therapists and staff members with a wide range of abilities, and a site that excludes any of them fails at the same standard we hold ourselves to in our billing work: clarity, accuracy, and follow-through.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and by courts and regulators as the benchmark for websites.
In practice, that means this site is built so that:
- Every page works with a keyboard alone — no mouse required.
- Every image, button, and form field has a text label a screen reader can announce.
- Text and background colors meet WCAG contrast requirements for readability.
- Pages have a clear structure of headings and landmarks that assistive technology can navigate.
- Forms show clear error messages in text, not color alone, and every field is labeled.
- The layout reflows and stays usable when text is enlarged or the screen is narrow.
We take the following measures to keep this site accessible:
- Accessibility is checked with automated audits against WCAG success criteria before and after changes to the site.
- Accessibility is part of how we build: pages are written with semantic HTML, labeled controls, and accessible components rather than patched after the fact.
- The site is reviewed on desktop and mobile, and at enlarged text sizes.
- This statement is reviewed and updated whenever the site changes in a way that affects accessibility.
Despite our best efforts, some parts of this site may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of the following areas and are working to improve them:
- Automated tools catch the majority of issues, but not all of them. Automated audits cannot fully replace testing with a real screen reader, which we are arranging.
- Some content on this site may be provided by third parties, or link to third-party websites, whose accessibility we do not control.
We describe limitations honestly rather than claiming perfection — the same principle we bring to revenue-cycle reporting.
If any part of this website is a barrier for you — a button you can't reach with your keyboard, text you can't read, a form you can't complete — please tell us. We take every report seriously and aim to respond within one business day.
When you write, it helps to include: the page you were on, what you were trying to do, the assistive technology you use (for example, a screen reader or magnifier), and how to reach you.

We want to resolve accessibility issues directly and quickly. If you raise a concern with us and are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate through the procedures of your state's civil rights agency or the U.S. Department of Justice. We would always prefer to hear from you first, so we can fix the problem.
This site's accessibility is assessed through automated auditing tools against WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria, across the site's public pages. The most recent audit covered every main page of the site. Automated audits have limitations, which is why they are paired with ongoing manual review as the site evolves.
We may update this statement as the site changes or as standards evolve. The version in force is the one posted here.
