Your information, protected.
How we collect, use, and protect information on wellnessworksmedicalbilling.com.
Effective September 25, 2026
We strive to offer our community the advantages of technology and provide a personalized experience while safeguarding the information our visitors and prospective clients share with us.
When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, practice name, email address, phone number, practice website, discipline, approximate monthly revenue, current EMR system, and the message you send us.
We also collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies, such as access dates, IP address, browser type and language, device type, pages visited, links clicked, referring and exit pages, and session duration.
How submissions are stored. When you submit the contact form, the information travels over an encrypted connection and is stored in a secure, access-controlled database hosted in the United States. Submissions are visible only to the Wellness Works Medical Billing team members responsible for responding to them.
How submissions are used. We use your submission only for the purpose you sent it: to reply to your inquiry, follow up on a discovery-call request, and email you an automatic confirmation that we received it. We do not use form submissions for marketing lists, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Who submissions are shared with. We never sell or rent your information. Submissions are shared only with our own team, with the email and messaging providers we use to deliver our replies and confirmations, or when the law requires it.
How long submissions are kept. Submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable record of the conversation, and are then deleted unless a business relationship calls for keeping the record.
This website is for practice owners and their teams — not patients. Please do not send protected health information or patient details through the contact form. We never request patient information on this site.
Our website may link to other websites and provide access to products and services offered by third parties, whose privacy policies we do not control. When you access another website, use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the website you are visiting. We recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you choose to visit.
We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections, access controls, and restricted team permissions — to protect the information this site collects. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we review and update our safeguards as needed.
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of the information you submitted through this site at any time. Requests can be made through our contact form or by mail to Wellness Works Medical Billing, 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 8B, Largo, FL 33771. We will verify your identity before responding.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request a copy of it, to request deletion or correction, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
Wellness Works Medical Billing does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this site. To exercise a right, send us a request through our contact form or by mail, and we will verify your identity before responding, generally within 45 days.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, now or in the past twelve months. Because we do not engage in these activities, there is nothing for you to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out before doing so. You may still submit a request about your information using our contact form.
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this policy and change the effective date above. The version in force is the one posted here.
